Tessera Westchase ALF

Hawkins was chosen to construct this new Assisted Living/Memory Care facility in the Westchase area of Tampa. The three-story, 106,000 SF campus includes two dining halls and 122 spacious apartments. The facility offers residents all the assistance with the activities of daily living, and a full range of physical and occupational therapy services.
