Founded in 1975, Hawkins Construction has a track record in building quality projects throughout Florida and select cities in the Southeast. Hawkins builds for clients in the Healthcare, Senior Living, Medical Office, Retail, Grocery-Anchored centers, and Warehouse/Distribution markets. Hawkins has completed over 2,700 projects, totaling more than $3,000,000,000 with over 80% repeats clients’ work. Staffed with over 20 licensed General Contractors, Hawkins responds to our client’s total project needs.

With a database of over 7,000 subcontractors who actively pursue work with Hawkins, we can insure competitive and timely completion of all of our projects. Our philosophy of teamwork and attention to detail has enabled the company to prosper and enjoy a long list of repeat clients. All of our employees are dedicated to the same goal - customer satisfaction. To achieve that success, we have built into our construction management philosophy a series of checks and balances to ensure each project progresses on schedule and within budget.
