Hawkins Construction was chosen as the Construction Manager for this Hospital Kitchen and Dietary Department Renovation. This 15,000SF, multi-phased project consisted of a complete overhaul of all mechanical systems, equipment and existing finishes while providing temporary facilities, maintaining infection control measures, and participating in multiple AHCA inspections for occupancy.
