Winter Garden Village

The Sembler Company chose Hawkins Construction to build this award-winning open-air power center. Architectural elements within Historic downtown Winter Garden serve as the basis for the design vocabulary of the 1.5 million SF. open-air shopping center.

The construction was detailed in metal framing, stucco, brick and a wide spectrum of colors to create both interest and variety throughout the project.

The site plan allows for pedestrian connections and a variety of paths throughout the center, as well as providing shade and rest areas, and creating gathering spots where people congregate for food and entertainment.
