Venice Village Publix

Hawkins Construction, Inc. was selected for the redevelopment of this Publix Super Market. The original 42,000SF store was demolished and replaced with a 48,000SF Publix prototype. The project also included upgraded center façade, parking lot enhancements, new landscaping and energy-efficient LED lighting upgrades.
