Rolling Acres Plaza

The buzz about The Villages has become a retail roar and Rolling Acres shopping plaza has the most national department stores in the area.

This retail  open-air center is located on busy US 441/27 in the heart of Central Florida. The Sembler Company chose to use Hawkins Construction for this large project in order to meet a very tight schedule of 180 days. Hawkins completed this project, which consisted of over 150,000 SF of retail space, on time and within budget.
