Hawkins Construction was chosen to construct this new Sprouts Farmers Market-anchored shopping center. The shopping center also has an additional 60,000 SF and includes include two large, freestanding restaurants with a total of 3,000 SF of outdoor dining along a nearly half-acre lake with a water feature on the hard corner. A parking lot separates these corner restaurants from the Sprouts Farmers Market and is flanked by 17 units and more than 36,000 SF of in-line retail stores with 2,500 SF of outdoor dining. The center’s four outparcels total more than 22,000 SF.
