Goodwill Hub Distribution Center

Piedmont Companies chose Hawkins Construction to build this new, 200,000 SF Goodwill Industries-Suncoast Distribution Center located near the intersection of U.S. 301 and the Lee Roy Selmon Expressway. The distribution center will save the nonprofit transportation costs as it replaces a less-centrally located facility in south Pinellas County. Cast-in-place, tilt-wall panels were erected the first week of August 2017.
