Gardens Promenade

IMC Equity Group selected Hawkins Construction for this project which includes demolition of Carol Mart (a decades-old flea market) and construction of over 240,000 SF of new retail including: Wawa, Burlington, Marshalls, Simon’s Sportswear, Ross, Party City, Dollar Tree, Lucky Me, dd’s Discounts, Citi Trends, O’Reilly Auto Parts.

The groundbreaking ceremony was held on January 26, 2017 and was attended by the City of Miami Gardens Mayor Oliver G. Gilbert, the councilmen and women of Miami Gardens, and their constituents, along with representatives from IMC, Hawkins, CPH, and Ocean Bank.
