Hawkins Construction was chosen to construct this new, 45K SF Law Enforcement Facility for Highlands County. This tilt-up construction project is a FEMA “Hardened Structure” that is High-Velocity Hurricane Resistant. The facility also includes total generator backup power, cutting-edge technology security systems and access control, and a state-of-the-art evidence lab facility.
