Emergency Services Complex

Hawkins was selected to construct a new $5 Million Emergency Services Complex in Green Cove Springs for Clay County officials. The new 27,000 sq. ft. EOC will house the county’s emergency management staff, 911 emergency management communications, Fire/Rescue administration and the Geographic Information Systems (GIS) department.

The new state of the art facility features the latest technology to monitor weather related conditions during emergency situations such as impending hurricanes, tornadoes and flooding. Should a severe emergency situation arise, the ESC will function as the Command Center for county government operations.
