This challenging downtown Clearwater redevelopment project encompassed 14 acres of previously under-utilized property. The development included two, three-story, fully built-out office buildings. The first building had two reinforced masonry with brick veneer stairwells located on each end of the building. Finishes ranged from the cafeteria vinyl composition tile to the executive maple wall paneling and granite.

This 139,000 SF campus includes offices, conference facilities and a cafeteria that are accented with marvelous landscaped green space including world class sculptures, and fountains. Hawkins completed  this project in 18 months, which was ahead of schedule and under budget.
