This project exhibited how well Hawkins Construction can coordinate and communicate with a parish. Hawkins was employed to renovate this church, including removing the glass skylight roof, while allowing the parish to continue to hold their services. To make things even more of a challenge, the work was performed during the rainy season.

Hawkins devised special temporary roofing systems to prevent the existing interior finishes from being damaged during construction. After the roof replacement, construction continued with the 16,126sf interior renovation necessary to correct the years of water damage. This project was constructed ahead of schedule and under budget utilizing the Construction Management approach.
