Pope John Paul II School

Hawkins Construction renovated this 44,000 SF elementary school. A complete interior ceiling, HVAC and roof retrofit was done while students occupied the building. Exterior stucco walls, bands and columns were added. The entire building was painted. New landscape and drainage system were also part of the project.

Special precautions were taken to assure the safety for the pupils while this phased construction program was undertaken. Hawkins Construction completed this project with the Construction Management delivery system.
