Notre Dame Interparochial School

This project was constructed for the Diocese of St. Petersburg using the Construction Management delivery system. It encompassed a 17,000SF multi-purpose building and a 13,000SF classroom facility.

During construction an adjacent elementary and middle school held classes. Care and concern for the safety of the pupils were of the highest priority. The extensive pre-construction services yielded high quality construction such as copper gutters and down spouts, while maintaining a tight budget. Over 90 value-engineering alternates were addressed, in which over 30 were incorporated into the contract documents.
