Bishop Larkin Catholic School

This simple but aesthetically pleasing 43,000SF elementary school for the Diocese of St. Petersburg provides an economical school facility for elementary, middle, and day school functions. Constructed using the Construction Management Team Approach with Alexander and Associates, this project team was able to maximize its "bang for the buck.”

A project design was created that incorporates high quality and durable construction materials and methods into a highly functioning facility. This was realized at costs well below what the public sector typically pays for facilities of this caliber. This project has since been used on several other projects as a prototype design scheme.
