Hawkins was chosen by Sun Toyota to build its new state-of-the-art dealership located at the northwest corner of US 19 & Gulf Trace Blvd. in Holiday, Florida. This 84,000SF, tilt-up project is a LEED Gold Certified project. This project also incorporated roof-mounted solar photovoltaic panels, recycled building materials and captured roof storm-water for irrigation.
Hawkins was awarded the LEED Gold Certified.
