Hawkins to Build New Lotte Plaza Market in Tampa

Hawkins Construction, Inc. has been chosen to convert an old Sweetbay Supermarket off of Bruce B. Downs Blvd. into a Lotte Plaza Market. The renovation project of the 49,432SF building will transform the former grocery store into a marketplace that sells Korean, Chinese, Japanese and Vietnamese food items and ingredients. The market will also include at least three restaurants as well as a bakery and tea stand.
