Hawkins Breaks Ground on New TIA Logistics Center

Hawkins Construction recently broke ground on the new TIA Logistics Center. This tilt-wall, 245,000 SF Class A industrial space will be located on Hoover Blvd. in Tampa, Florida less than one mile from the Air Cargo entrance to Tampa International Airport. The building highlights include 28' of clear height, 64 dock-high doors, 50' x 50' column spacing with 60' speed bay, 2 ramps on either side of the building with motarized doors, 245 parking spaces and 6" reinforced concrete slab.
