Hawkins Construction was selected to construct a new 49,785 square foot Publix Super Market and two multi-tenant retail buildings of 9,100 and 8,400 square feet. The store and shopping center are in Duval and St. Johns counties, south of Nocatee Parkway and west of Valley Ridge Blvd. at Burbank Avenue.
