Hawkins was selected to build this new GreenWise Market-anchored retail shopping center. The Preserve Marketplace is located within the 'South Branch' on State Road 54 in Odessa, Florida with direct access to the Suncoast Parkway just 0.3 miles away. Phase 1 is scheduled for completion in the summer of 2020.
